evestv Installation Questions Answered

After purchasing a subscription, your login credentials (M3U URL and/or Xtream Codes server/username/password) are sent to you immediately via WhatsApp and/or email. The process is typically instant — most customers receive their credentials within 5 minutes of payment.
M3U is a playlist file format — you provide a URL that loads all your channels. Xtream Codes is an API login system using a server address, username, and password. Both give access to the same content. Xtream Codes is generally preferred for better EPG integration and faster loading in apps like TiviMate and IPTV Smarters.
First, double-check that you entered your credentials correctly — copy-paste is more reliable than typing. Then force-close and reopen the app and try refreshing the playlist. If channels still don't load, check your internet connection and contact our support team on WhatsApp with your username for quick assistance.
A standard single subscription allows streaming on one device at a time. If you need simultaneous streaming on multiple devices, check out our Multi-Screen plans which allow 2 concurrent streams at a reduced rate.
No, a VPN is not required to use evestv. The service works perfectly without one. However, some users choose to use a VPN for additional privacy or to bypass ISP throttling on streaming services. See our VPN for IPTV guide for recommendations if you're interested.
Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. Try connecting your device via ethernet instead of Wi-Fi, restart your router, close other bandwidth-heavy apps, and try a lower quality setting temporarily. If buffering persists on a fast connection, contact our support team as we may need to switch you to a different server.
